Compassionate & Experienced Caregiver Needed for Sweet Autistic 6-Year-Old

Looking for a patient, dependable caregiver for our sweet 6-year-old autistic son. He enjoys numbers, colors, letters, and being outdoors. We need someone calm, kind, playful, and attentive who can follow routines and provide a safe, positive environment. Autism or neurodivergent experience is preferred, but we are open to someone willing to learn. Duties include play, snacks/meals, routines, and gentle redirection. We also have two older children who may occasionally need transportation, so a valid license and reliable transportation are important. Long-term preferred. Pay depends on experience.
