Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license (state reciprocity or compact licensure preferred)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience as a registered nurse
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and infection control
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterility
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinicians to provide optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
- Document surgical activities and maintain detailed records
