We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy Background to join our team at Putnamville Correctional Facility located in Greencastle, Indiana.
Pay Rate Range is $18-25/hour, depending on experience + Benefits
The Medical Assistant/ Phlebotomist works under the direction of the RN or LPN and is responsible for monitoring patient vital signs, implementing orders for diagnostic lab test, and assisting the Physician with minor procedures. Additionally, responsibilities include recording EKGs, maintaining and cleaning medical equipment, and collecting data for Quality Improvement programs, as assigned.

Qualifications
Current Indiana Medical Assistant license/certification
Must have Phlebotomy background
Minimum of 6 months Lab Experience
Current CPR
Corrections experience preferred, not required
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Full Time Day shift - Monday- Friday 8-hour Day shift
