DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, youll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Some details about the position:

• This is a full time, permanent position

• The clinic is open Monday-Saturday from 4:00 AM 8:30 PM

• Weekend Rotation: Every other Saturday is required, off Sundays

• Location Requirements:May require local float to the Janesville clinic

• Note: We are actively hoping to grow our Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment

• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment

• Record vital signs and patient data

• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health

• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent

• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment

• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet

• Willing to float between local clinics if needed

• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
