Pay: $47.57 - $76.11 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Manages the daily operions of the assigned nursing unit(s) or function(s) to ensure alignment with departmental and organizional objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the stregic plan and vision of the organizion.
Manages staff relions including performance management, staff sisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relions. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Assesses the quality of pient care delivered and coordines pient care services with pients, staff, physicians, and other departments.

Requirements:
- Gradue from a baccalauree school of nursing
- Ste licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider.
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
