PRN LPN Skilled Nursing Health Openings in Medford, OR up to $44/hr

Requirements:
Current unencumbered OR LPN/LVN license

Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of an RN.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
Monitor residents health status, report changes promptly, and document care provided.
Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring quality resident care.
Uphold resident rights, safety, privacy, and dignity in all interactions.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oregon (in good standing).
Strong communication and clinical skills.
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
