School Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty

The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for students in Philadelphia, PA. As a school-based private duty LPN, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.

• Support chronic condition management
• Provide first aid and medication administration
• Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
• Document care and communicate with school teams
• Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment

• Active LPN License
• CPR certification
• Required: Pediatric experience, trach/vent management, VNS, g-tube feeding management, diabetic management, o2 monitoring, med pass, epi pen, diastat, catherization
• Additional: School based experience
