About Us: We help seniors remain safe and independent at home. We invest in caregivers with ongoing training and a structured career laddermany aides advance to mentor or supervisor roles.

Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized care: bathing, dressing, transfers and toileting.
Prepare meals, give medication reminders, do light housekeeping.
Build trusted relationships with clients and families.
Maintain accurate care notes via mobile app.
Commit to ongoing shifts with the same clients.

Requirements:
Active CNA or HHA; at least 1 year of experience.
Desire for steady hours; reliability is essential.
Strong communication and willingness to learn.
Valid drivers license, reliable car/insurance; clear background.
