Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a highly structured and supportive environment, with on-site leadership available 24/7, making this an ideal place for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and strong clinical support.
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $35-$41/hour
12-hour shifts (Days & Nights available)
$3/hour night shift differential
$8/hour weekend shift differential

Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care within our cottage-style units. You will play a key leadership role in coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualized attention.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and supervise direct patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
Current CPR certification required
Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Compassion for an underserved population
Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages required)
