Your Impact
In this role, you’ll do more than provide care—you’ll help residents maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide hands-on, attentive care tailored to each resident’s needs
- Support residents in achieving their highest level of physical and emotional well-being
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety and comfort
- Assist with daily living activities in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and team members alike
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties
- A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification , including required in-service training
- A genuine passion for caregiving and helping others thrive
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older (per Department of Labor regulations)
