Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with weeknight and weekend call coverage

Cross-credentialed at all four facility locations with call coverage required at Oro Valley, Northwest and Houghton

Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call (no nights or call at Sahuarita)

Handle 5 patient encounters per shift

Provide anesthesia services for endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, GYN robotics, urology, podiatry, pulmonary/bronchoscopy lab, gastroenterology, OB, cardiac/thoracic, and structural heart procedures

Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks

Case logs of blocks performed must be provided as training will not be provided

Minimum one year of experience required

Must be certified by the NBCRNA

ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required (must be AHA or American Red Cross)

Active Arizona license required

Must be located 90+ miles from facility

General anesthesia for adult cases required

Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia preferred

Complex vascular and orthopedic cases required

Ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues required
