Seeking an afternoon caregiver for two kids in Cambridge (Tu/Wed/Thu)

Greetings! We're looking for regular afternoon help with our two bright and playful boys. An ideal sitter is someone who is calm and grounded but has lots of energy -- forts and obstacle courses are part of our daily rhythm! Our parenting style is kind, loving, firm, with consistent boundaries, that leans into modeling emotional regulation and teaching repair. Responsibilities include driving kids from camp to their activities, helping with meal prep, some errands, kids laundry, and bedtimes. We're looking for a good fit, so start date and timing of weekly schedule is flexible. Ideally mid-June with 20-25 hours per week.
