Private Duty LPN In-Home Nursing (W2)

Valentine's Healthcare

Valentine's Healthcare is expanding our direct care nursing team and seeking dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one-on-one private duty nursing assignments throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

This role supports continuity-focused in-home care across a variety of client assignments and communities. Nurses may be matched to cases based on availability, experience, scheduling preferences, and client care needs.

Position Highlights

W2 employmentCompetitive pay: $32-$36/hourPay based on assignment, acuity, experience, reliability, continuity, and schedule commitmentAdditional shift differentials or temporary retention rates may apply for select assignmentsBi-weekly payroll via direct depositBenefits available for eligible employees, subject to plan termsOne-on-one private duty nursingConsistent scheduling opportunities availableProfessional operational and clinical support

Scheduling Options

Full-time, part-time, PRN, weekday, weekend, day, evening, and overnight opportunities may be available depending on case needs and scheduling alignment.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the Plan of CareMaintain accurate documentation and communicationSupport continuity and consistency of careFollow agency professionalism, HIPAA, and infection control standardsMaintain reliable attendance and schedule commitment

Qualifications

Active Missouri LPN license in good standingCurrent CPR certificationPrivate duty nursing or home health experience preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsDependable and professional approach to patient care
