Shift of the RMA Coordinator: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate of the RMA Coordinator: $22 - $25 per hour Responsibilities of the RMA Coordinator: Interact and respond to customer requests for product returns and issue RMA numbers. Communicate daily with customers via phone and email to provide RMA status updates. Follow up with manufacturing and production control for RMA part requests. Act as a liaison for customers to resolve issues related to documentation, pricing, payment, and customer PO reconciliation. Prepare RMA return shipping documents and perform final service reviews prior to shipment. Qualifications of the RMA Coordinator: High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Background in manufacturing, planning, and quality assurance.
