An Oregon healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Nurse Manager, Inpatient Dialysis Unit/Apheresis Unit!
The Position
The Interim Nurse Manager, Inpatient Dialysis Unit/Apheresis Unit, will be responsible for day-to-day operations throughout the department including the oversight of approximately 40+ FTEs.
This leader will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including organization, accountability, and will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to review implemented operations, goals, and reports.
The Interim Nurse Manager will ensure that all operations are aligned with local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
The Interim Nurse Manager will provide structure throughout the department and will provide leadership, training, and consistent evaluations to encourage improvement, collaboration, and strong employee engagement rates.
Candidates will ideally bring extensive knowledge pertaining to financial cardiac, and dialysis operations, and will portray strong communications skills.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.
Active OR RN license is required.
Union experience is required.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $160,000 to $175,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
