• Setting: Inpatient surgical services
• Start Date: ASAP; as soon as credentialed
• Contract: Ongoing
• Schedule:
  • 20 shifts per month
  • Regular shifts: 7am-5pm, four days per week
  • Weeknight call: Up to 2 nights per week, 5pm-7am with post-call day off
  • Weekend call: One 24-hour weekend shift per month (7am-7am)
• Practice Model: Independent CRNA coverage with no supervision
• Local candidates preferred, but travel considered based on provider needs

Requirements

• NBCRNA Board Certification required
• Active Iowa license preferred; willing to consider providers open to obtaining licensure
• Active DEA required
• ACLS and PALS required
• Comfortable practicing independently
