What Youll Do
Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments
Support patients and families through compassionate care
Complete simple, real-time charting during your shift

What Were Looking For
Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
Compassionate, dependable nurses
New grads encouraged to apply

No pediatric home care experience? We provide training in trachs, vents, G/J tubes, and more.

Pay & Perks
