Job Summary

This role provides coverage regional Urgent Care sites bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collabore across multiple teams and communities.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, or Provider, the LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for pients/families within a unit, service or other primary area of practice.

• Collabores with members of health care team to assist pients in achieving established outcomes of care
• Participes in direct pient care in order to meet individual and family health goals by: obtaining, documenting and reporting pient da reled to established plan of care
• Performs therapeutic measures, under the direction of an RN or MD, to assist in achieving established pient care outcomes.

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred
• Specializion and/or specific work experience may be required
