On-Call Requirements:
One weekday on-call shift per week (rotating)
Every 6th weekend on-call rotation
Weekend on-call compensation: $300 for each on-call weekend, paid regardless of call-in
Every 6th holiday on-call rotation (rotating schedule)

What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day activities of the Rehabilitation Unit, managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care
Assume full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitor conditions, follow physician orders, and apply recognized nursing techniques and standards
Recognize and report changes in residents' conditions, initiate or assist with interventions, and maintain a safe, supportive environment
Instruct nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to administrative and clinical standards
Monitor trends in nursing practices, evaluate their applicability, and implement improvements to enhance care quality

What You'll Need:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
Current CPR/BLS Certification
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred in a Long Term Care setting, with strong clinical assessment skills
Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines
Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team, and represent the organization professionally
