Compensation

We recognize your experience and expertise:

  • LPN: $22.50 $26.50/hr
  • RN: $30.00 $34.00/hr
  • Plus weekend differentials!
What Youll Do

As an RN or LPN in Independent Living at WVC, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
  • Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Monitoring health status, vital signs, and documenting changes
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams
  • Responding to emergencies with professionalism and confidence
  • Leading and supporting nursing assistants in a charge role
  • Contributing to care planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing
What Youll Bring

Schedule
  • Full-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
