As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Hope Network, youll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassione, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development helping cree comebacks every day.

Wh Youll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medicions
• Support community outings, transportion, and activities
• Build positive relionships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Wh Were Looking For

• Compassione, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communicion and ability to build trust
• Adaptable, pient, and resilient
• Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences

Wh You Bring

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license

Required:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certificion
