Schedule: Full-time evenings, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, includes every other weekend
Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Nurse Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE.

Hillcrest Millard is West Omaha’s premier destination for post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, and private accommodations to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and receive quality care in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Get to Do

• Provide quality personal care and daily living support for guests and residents

• Assist guests and residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs

• Support guests and residents with meals, dining, and daily routines

• Help guests and residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for

• Communicate guest or resident needs and changes with nurses and care team members

• Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures

• Assist with documentation and guest/resident support as directed

• Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For

• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska

• Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred

• A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
