As our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. Franciscan Medical Group, as part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is currently seeking a full time Supervisor, Clinic Nurse, RN for our Franciscan Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic in Tacoma, WA. The Back Office Supervisor (BOS) will oversee daily clinical operations across five locations (Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Federal Way, and Burien), managing a diverse team of staff. Our main location is our Tacoma office with satellite clinics listed above. Your dynamic and exciting team includes RNs, Medical Assistants and Perinatal Sonographers. Your oversight of these roles will include helping the RN team managing urgent care needs for our diabetic patients, the MA supports includes helping with clinical workflow and provider support. Finally, supporting the perinatal sonographers to provide high-level diagnostic imaging. This exciting role is a salaried, full-time, Monday through Friday. No evenings, nights or weekends. Essential Duties:
- Staffing Model Management: Lead a complex, sonographer-heavy clinical staffing model across five sites (locations), focusing on optimal coverage and managing multidisciplinary team dynamics.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day clinic (back office) operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Team Development: Provide mentorship and clinical evaluation for staff, ensuring competencies are met across all five sites (locations).
- Patient Advocacy: Ensure exceptional care delivery and act as a resource for complex patient care concerns.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinic Manager and Director of Operations to maintain budget neutrality and support growth.

Job Requirements
Education/ Work Experience:
- Graduate of accredited school of Registered Nursing approved by the WA State Board of Nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred.
- Within the last five- (5) years, three- (3) years of nursing experience in a clinic setting or five- (5) years of acute hospital nursing experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
- Current WA State license as RN required.
- Must have a current CPR certification or must be certified within 30 days of hire date.
