Licensed Practical Nurse

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform glucose testing and point of care testing
• Assist with activities of daily living and care planning
• Administer medications and IV therapy
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions and acute care services

Required Skills:

• Knowledge to perform daily nursing tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current LPN license and IV certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in senior care and memory care
• Previous work in a licensed vocational nurse role
• Familiarity with medication administration and acute care settings
• Experience with charting in PCC

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $50,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
