You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
Post-high-school vocational/specialized training; completion of accredited program for licensed practical nursing.
1yr related clinical experience in nursing.
Valid MD LPN License. CPR certification.

This position has a hiring range of $25.84 - $38.58
