We have a rewarding opportunity available on our Medical ICU at University Hospital! Our nurses in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) specialize in providing highly skilled, complex care to patients with a wide array of medical conditions. MICU is a very fast-paced unit that engages critical thinking and multidisciplinary collaboration.

This position currently qualifies for a NEW hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. More details about this differential will be provided during the interview process.

  • · Care of complex patients

 Qualifications

  • · Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • · Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
  • · Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • · Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • · Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
