**Job Description: CRNA Opportunity Near the TX Coast - $325K with 17 Weeks Off & Early Days**

**Position Highlights:**
- **Compensation:** Enjoy an annual salary of $325,000 as a permanent 1099 contractor. For those interested in working more than 35 weeks, additional shifts are available, with potential earnings of up to $400K or more.
- **Schedule:** Benefit from an easy schedule with 17 weeks off per year. Most days, you will finish early, typically by 1 PM, allowing for ample personal time and flexibility.
- **Work Environment:** As a CRNA-only facility, enjoy full autonomy without MD supervision.

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA.
- Regional anesthesia skills are preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum: Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA.
- Preferred: Proficiency in regional anesthesia (training available).

**Schedule:**
- 35 weeks of service annually.
- Day shifts, usually completed by 1 PM, with occasional shifts extending to 3 PM.
- Call is shared during your service weeks with light callback volume
