Under general supervision, actively incorporates our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Develops awareness of residents interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their rehabilitation, independence and participation. Will provide care and assistance of residents in the Skilled Nursing arena and on limited occasions may supervise caregivers providing resident services; effectively plans and implements nursing services to provide quality care.
Non-exempt. Part-time 2 to 3 days a week. NOC + shift diff of $2/hr. Must have weekend availability Pay range $32 to $37 an hour, depending on experience. New LVN Grads are welcome to apply!Our LVNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LVN/LPN (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
