What you'll do

• The Admissions Concierge (CNA) is responsible for ensuring that the resident admissions process is coordinated effectively and that residents and their families are fully informed and experience a high level of customer service in this process.
• Plans, directs and coordinates resident admissions and marketing assuring that all required paperwork is completed prior to admission.
• The Admissions Concierge (CNA) performs all admission and marketing activities with high ethical standards and in compliance with all laws applicable to licensed and certified healthcare communities.

Our ideal candidate

• CNA certification required.

• Education or previous experience in the healthcare field is desirable.

• Has knowledge of and special sensitivity to the needs of the aging.

• Projects a confident, creditable, and professional image.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with potential residents and family members.
