SynergenX-Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! This is a great opportunity to jump start your career in the medical field. Our Licensed Practical Nurses will work in conjunction with leaders in hormone replacement therapy and weight management. Responsibilities:
Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care, Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
Perform venipuncture, Perform and monitor therapeutic phlebotomies.
Administer IM injections
Assist with EKGs
Take manual vitals and perform related supervised functions
Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory, Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and computer applications.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Requirements:
Training and state of Ohio licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined)
High School Diploma
Pass criminal Background check
Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and 2-3 Sat 8a-12pm (Rotating Saturdays and have a weekday off when working Saturday)
