Clinical Performance Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Clinical Performance Manager is responsible for the clinical performance oversight and on-site operational management of the Hospital Medicine program. This position partners with the Medical Director and serves as the primary liaison with hospital leadership, working collaboratively to manage operations, clinical quality, patient safety, experience, provider performance, and well-being.

• Experience in data analysis, quality reporting, and care optimization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional collaboration

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (required)
• Master’s degree (preferred)

Certifications and Licenses:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• BSN preferred

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
• At least 2 years of team or process leadership experience
• Experience in ICU or Emergency Medicine settings (preferred)
• Background in case management and quality assurance
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements
• Strong skills in clinical data analytics and reporting
• Knowledge of hospital-based and outpatient quality measures
• Demonstrated ability in staff development and continuous performance improvement initiatives
