Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
OR
One year of Medical Assistant experience within the past 12 months (in place of a formal program)
Role Overview:
As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering quality care. Responsibilities include:
- Direct patient care
- Patient registration
- Appointment scheduling
- Various administrative and office tasks
Credential Requirement:
Within six months of hire, you must obtain at least one of the following Medical Assistant certifications:
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)

COMPENSATION:
Pay Range: $19.25 - $26.81 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
