Livea Medical, in partnership with Livea Weight Control Centers, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through a comprehensive approach that includes medical weight loss, personalized nutrition, and behavioral support.

We are currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to serve in a floating role across our Twin Cities metro locations. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in new environments, and is passionate about wellness.

Position Overview:

As a Floating CMA, you will support our medical clients across six metro locations—Apple Valley, Coon Rapids, Edina, Minnetonka, Roseville, and Woodbury—with occasional travel to St. Cloud or Eau Claire, WI as needed (not frequent, but willingness is a plus). You will primarily focus on client care, including administering injections such as GLP-1s and Lipo-B12, while also providing general administrative support and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between Livea centers based on the weekly schedule and business needs
• Provide hands-on client care, including administering injections such as GLP-1s and Lipo-B12
• Perform front desk duties, including client check-in/out, phone support, and appointment scheduling
• Support the medical team with client care and documentation
• Maintain smooth center operations while adapting to each location’s processes
• Provide outstanding service and build rapport with clients across multiple centers
• Communicate effectively with various team members and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent MA credential
• Strong comfort and experience administering injections
• Blood draw experience is not required but considered a plus
• Ability to work independently and adjust quickly to new environments
• 1+ years of administrative or clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across the metro
• Friendly, organized, team-oriented, and committed to wellness and client care
• Flexibility to work day hours into early evenings
• Flexibility to work 2–3 Saturdays per month (mornings only, 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
