Field Home Health LPN Full-Time Contract Job Dublin, OH

Sunbelt Staffing, in partnership with a respected nationwide home health agency, is seeking a dedicated Contract Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting opportunity in Dublin, OH . Contract Details:

• Company: Sunbelt Staffing-Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location: Dublin, OH, and surrounding areas
• Position: Contract Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse
• Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
• Productivity: 32-35 per week, up to 35 patients per week
• Compensation: Weekly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days,
• Mileage Reimbursement: 48c visit to visit, up to 450 miles per week expected of travel

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience working with adult and geriatric patients
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase EHR required
• Reliable transportation
• Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer

Job Duties:

• Conducting patient assessments under the direction of a Registered Nurse
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assisting with patient education on disease management and home care procedures
• Documenting patient care accurately and maintaining up-to-date medical records
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care and continuity of services
