Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

Local & travel allowed.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Need Specifics:

Shifts: Rotate if necessary. Must be okay with working both days and nights as the switch will be at 7a and 7p.
Facility is willing to accommodate block scheduling.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? may assist in ED but primarily MedSurg/Swingbed.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
