Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage nursing staff in providing care to patients in their homes
• Develop care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and procedures
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning

Required Skills:

• Experience in nursing management
• Knowledge of medical surgical procedures
• Ability to provide care for patients with various activities of daily living
• Strong background in nursing education and care planning
• Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in care management and telemetry
• Knowledge of emergency care interventions
• Experience in acute care settings and medication administration

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible schedules, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
