Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from the last 3 years

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

No block scheduling.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of 3 major holidays

No first tine travelers

Must have EVD experience

Candidate is required to pass DYS exam PRIOR to accepting. 2 attempts, if failed, DNU for 6 months with CS AZ and Sac Region

Travel Teams must have their own vehicles

Must have natural hair color and no facial piercings

Floating: Required to float between all ICU floors, and all Tele Units. Will get a patient load of 1/4 on tele. 1st to float

Holidays Work into core staff rotation.

May be placed on Standby for a scheduled shift.

Common diagnosis/Types of patients Any patient that would qualify for critical care with a neuro diagnosis. Hospital does cranis, brain tumor removal and ablations, brain biopsies, complicated spine surgeries and scoliosis repair.

Must have strong neuro assessment skills and ICP monitoring experience.

Facility holidays: 12/25/2025, 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
