Job Description
Job Title: Restoration Team Leader
Location: Cincinnati Location
Xpert Restoration is a fast-growing provider of emergency restoration services specializing in water, fire, mold, and contents restoration. We are looking for motivated Restoration Team Leaders to guide our crews, deliver exceptional results, and support homeowners during challenging times.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise restoration teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to excel in their roles.
Oversee and inspect work to ensure it meets scope-of-work requirements.
Enter notes, pictures and work progress into Diamond, Dockusketch and Mitigate software systems
Maintain open communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Deliver top-tier customer service to restore properties and peace of mind.
What We're Looking For
3+ Years Experience in Restoration industry
1-2+Years Experience of Signing & Estimating Jobs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in fire, water and mold remediation jobs
IICRC certifications in Fire, Water, and/or Mold Restoration are a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
