- Lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care
- Supervise, develop, and support nursing staff and leaders
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership
- Drive nursing performance, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction
- Support recruitment and retention of clinical staff with corporate resources
- Active RN license in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required; Master’s preferred
- At least 6 years of RN experience ; 10+ preferred
- 3+ years in progressive nursing leadership or administrative roles
- 2+ years of inpatient psychiatric RN experience required
- CNO or DON experience in a freestanding psychiatric facility strongly preferred
- CPR and restraint/de-escalation training (or willingness to complete upon hire)
