Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Weekends Every Other

Weekend Hours: EOW weekend days are Sat/Sun, weekend nights are Fri/Sat

Call Requirements: none

Required Certifications: CCRN preferred but not required

Float Requirements: occasional to med/surg as needed by hospital

Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries

Must Have Skills/Experience: acute care nursing experience

Preferred Skillset/Experience: rehabilitation experience including documentation GG scoring

Required Education: RN

Type of Patients on Unit: rehabilitation

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Proof of identification required for submission
