Experience:
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:
Spinal/General Rehab
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends and a holiday commitment
Required Skills/Experience: Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment. -Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Required Credentials: Associate's degree in nursing. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
Preferred Credentials: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
