Home Health Aide Remote & Hybrid Only Jobs in Arizona
A Home Health Aide (HHA) plays a pivotal role in the nursing industry by providing personal care to patients who require assistance with daily tasks within their homes. Additionally, they must be trained in basic emergency response and understanding of safety and sanitation procedures. Certification requirements may differ by location, but most HHAs should have a high school diploma, complete a state approved training program and pass a competency examination. Prior to becoming a Home Health Aide, one might have held positions such as a personal care aide, nursing assistant, or a caregiver, roles that involve direct care provision and allow for the accumulation of relevant experience.
