Patient Care Coordinator

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• POSITION REQUIRES A RN LICENSE

• Practice nursing according to the organization and established nursing philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, families, and coworkers.

• Collaborate with patients and their families, (and or primary caregiver) as well as members of a multidisciplinary team, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and enhancement of the patient experience.

• 4:1 Patient Ratio

• 36 hours - Alternating schedule

• RN and PCT Assignments, quality audits, assist with regulatory details, patient care rounds and work with staff payroll and schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Associate's Degree

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree

• Registered Nurse (RN) - . in state of practice

• 3 years of IMCU or Critical Care experience.

• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
