Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Boonville, NY
Full-Time | $36/hour to $44/hour | Sign on bonus up to $7500
Shift: Full-Time (40 hours) Monday - Friday

Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Boonville, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure exceptional resident care. • Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned unit

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Ensure compliance with NYS regulations and facility policies

• Monitor resident care plans and quality outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care

• Provide staff coaching, education, and performance guidance

• Participate in quality assurance and survey readiness efforts

• RN license (required)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills

• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

• Commitment to resident-centered care

• Full-Time

• Day shift with on-call rotation as needed
