Carease Health partners with skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities to provide clinical support services that help improve outcomes and identify health concerns early. Our team works directly inside facilities to support residents and collaborate with nursing staff.

Position Overview

The Medical Assistant plays a key role in our Remote Patient Monitoring program by collecting and documenting daily vital signs for residents. This is a fast paced, hands on position that requires reliability, consistency, and strong attention to detail.

This is a full time position with a start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an eight hour workday, and a mandatory thirty minute unpaid break.

Additional Information

Job Location: Monmouth and Ocean Counties

Salary Range: $21/ hourly
