Home Companion & Caregiver Location: Midland, and Bay City MI Positions Schedule: Every Other Weekend (1st, 2nd, and Overnight shifts available) Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (plus mileage reimbursement) A Note from Our Home We are looking for a compassionate heart to bring gentle joy and supportive care to a precious individual in our Midland and Bay City homes. We believe that caregiving is about more than just tasks; it is about building a connection rooted in kindness and respect. Daily Acts of Care Companionship: Sharing stories, engaging in quiet hobbies, and providing a steady, comforting presence. Gentle ADL Support: Providing patient assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene with dignity and grace. Homemaking with Love: Preparing nutritious meals and maintaining a tidy, peaceful living space for the consumer. Community Connection: Accompanying the individual to family functions, concerts, or local outings like bowling to keep their spirits high. Guidance & Safety: Offering gentle reminders and observing health needs to ensure a safe and secure environment. Must have a valid Driver's License.
