Location Cortlandt Manor, New York Shift: Day Flex (United States of America) Description: Patient Care Director - RN - Ambulatory (Infusion, Radiation Oncology, Cardiac Cath, & Interventional Radiology) As a Patient Care Director, you will lead a highly skilled, autonomous team of Oncology, Cath Lab, Radiology nurses, including infusion, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, cardiac cath improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies and best practices. This hospital-wide service plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care across NewYork-Presbyterian. Key Responsibilities Provide frontline leadership and 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery Oversee fiscal performance, resource allocation, staffing, scheduling, and staff evaluation Set unit goals aligned with NYPH strategic initiatives Plan, organize, direct, and monitor unit operations to ensure high-quality, high patient experience, cost-effective care Evaluate staff performance, unit outcomes, and system effectiveness Ensure unit compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements; maintaining adherence to healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and organization policies Foster a professional, inclusive environment where staff and patients can achieve their fullest potential This is a Full time Monday through Friday with hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 Preferred Criteria Five years of leadership experience Demonstrated leadership in leading unit development Experience with union environments Certification as a Nurse Executive At least three years of procedural area, Oncology, or Critical Care Experience Required Criteria Progressive Leadership experience in Nursing Master's degree in Nursing or related field Current New York State RN license BCLS certification Excellent oral and written communication skills Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
