Estimated Traveler Pay:

• Weekly Gross: $1,636
• Weekly Taxable: $600
• Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,036
• Hourly Taxable Rate: $15.00
• Blended Hourly Rate: $40.90
• Overtime Rate: $22.50

Start Date: Start date is typically within approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing requirements.

Contract Dates: 06/22/2026 – 09/23/2026

• 1–3 years of LPN experience required
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience accepted
• Long Term Care experience preferred

• Active New York LPN/LVN License required
• BLS Certification (AHA) required

Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a Long Term Care/Sub Acute Rehab setting. The clinician will primarily work on the Sub Acute Rehab floor caring for patients with dementia, diabetes, chronic illnesses, and other long-term care conditions. Experience with PointClickCare/eMAR systems is preferred.

• Daily OT after 24 hours
• Weekly OT after 48 hours
