Emergency Department - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Emergency Department experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: ER RN will have Charge RN shifts as well.

Shift & Scheduling:

On call: Travelers can be placed on call during low census hours in which they will get on call pay.

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every third weekend and every other holiday

Floating Requirements: May need to float to Aspirus Rhinelander, Howard Young or Eagle River if needed. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
