Busy Interventional Pain Management Practice Hiring Medical Assistants

We are a growing interventional pain management practice with state-of-the-art facilities and an expanding team. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in South Orange County, including our new location in Mission Viejo, we are seeking professional, hardworking Medical Assistants to join our team.

Locations:

Hoag Office Building on Sand Canyon, Irvine, CA
Mission Viejo, CA (new and expanding location)

Position Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time
Medical Assistants are cross-trained in both front-office and back-office responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

Insurance verification and eligibility checks
Patient scheduling
Authorization requests for HMO and PPO health plans
Answering and managing phone calls
Front-office and back-office support
Assisting with daily clinic operations

Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced medical office preferred
Willingness to learn all aspects of medical practice operations (training provided)
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Reliable, committed, and detail-oriented
Team-player attitude
